Its been 7.5 months since my surgery. Ya know I always thought I would forever feel the implant in there but I dont anymore. I mean I know its there but it doesnt bother me. Guys have commented on how soft they are and its been less than a year. Im still happy. Im all done with my post op visits now. People still ask me where they went in at. Finally finally finally... they are much more even than the previous pictures. As for working out. Ive been doing alot of weight lifting and you get used to that gross feeling you have when you first start. That part is always there but as your muscle gets used to the implant and they drop more the feeling is not even bothersome anymore. So, really that gross implant feeling moving when you lift weights or heavy things doesnt go away but loosens up. I hope that makes sense.

New stuff

So, finally yesterday working at the new club I can do pole tricks. I can pull myself up with out any pain after or during at all.

I went to my post op on Tuesday. My doctor was stuck in surgery so I didnt get a chance to see him. Instead, I saw one of the other doctors on duty. She said I was doing great and the amount of softness was perfectly normal. They are super soft now btw...well not like real boobs yet (long time away for that) but much softer than about a month ago. I still have alot of droppage to do and I can say now Im happy with what I got. Considering how I looked before having deflated pancakes I think I look great. That makes me happy. This is what happens when you gain and lose wieght people. Ive gained wieght and lost it several times in my life. No more than gaining or loosing more than 35lbs though. Its also great that while going through puberty I did get some stretch marks that didn't show up worse after the BA. I got lucky there.
My right breast doesnt bother me much anymore. I realize I was not fully symetrical before and the right one was more south before so of course it was going to be more south than the left one. It cool though. I look great in shirts, corsets, dresses, and the new bikini I bought. ;)

Another before picture

Just to desribe myself I have 38inch hips and was a 34B before. Small boobs and big hips made me look lopsided in photos and naked as well. Insecurities from feeling very pear shaped made me want to get my BA. Im shooting on the 6th for the 1st time since my BA. Im nervous and excited and working out like crazy. lol
I also just found out you can go from under the muscle to over the muscle. Im really going to think about getting a 2nd BA. I think if I sit on it for awhile I can really see if I want or need it in my eyes. What a weird ass feeling. Since, I went completely under the muscle every time I went to lift my self up even to do a simple swing my boob moved inside. My boob felt like a giant muscle/peck moving inside me. It was a gross feeling. I felt unsure about pole tricks so I stuck to prancing and rolling around instead. I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to do them yet so I better not rather than risk something bad happening to my implants. Kinda sad because I love inverting and doing all kinds of pole tricks. Just another sacrifice of things I'm not able to do for a certain amount of time.

Before pics

Yes, Id rather not remember myself pre-op. They have shrunken considerably. Much squishier too. They jiggle alot everywhere I go. Its nice to know with every jiggle they are still there. Although, after massaging alot I am still somewhat loppy. I'm not upset about it because I was somewhat asymetrical before surgery that didn't need a major surgery to correct.

I have decided after about a year I will go back under the knife for a second surgery. Why, you think? I was about a small D 2 months post op and now I'm a middle C. I want a middle to large D next time I go in. I was expecting to be a small D after all of this. I wouldn't say that I am unsatisfied but it was the biggest I could go without major complications. I'm going to have to make an appointment with my PS for my 3 month post op in early July. After the appointment I will update again so you can read what he says.

1 Month and 3 weeks ish

Ok, I new update finally. I took that pic Friday before working out. Everything is going pretty good. Massaging them is so constant is sorta annoying - but for beauty.... I'll do anything. Like they get stiff in the morning, when working out (I have to go in the bathroom to massage during), before sleep, after a meal....really constantly. They said 4-5 times a day anyways.

Its been fun and annoying to stuff them in my old clothes. Some of them look ok but others just look like Im wearing kids clothes. So, Ive been gradually getting new tops.

The pinching pain is less and less the more I massage. It helps best to warm the muscle by giving it a lite massage before really massaging it. They are much softer as every week goes by. They even move from side to side a bit now. They move when I workout too. The scars arent soo bad either. Ive been putting vitamin E oil on them twice a day.
Theres not much to say but I cant wait to see them at 3 months post op.

*1 Month*

Ok its been pretty much one month since I had my surgery. I took my tapes off on Friday and I was soo scared the scars would be long and huge - but they didnt look bad at all. I just went back to work yesterday and it wasnt as bad as I thought. I thought everything was going to hurt but it really didnt hurt at all. Everything just felt a tad bit tight. I got to wear some of my old work clothes and they fit sooo much better on top now.

Its wierd though that when I talk to people I still feel like I dont have a chest. I find myself asking my co-workers "do they look big?". Not intending to sound vein but not really feeling they are my real boobs yet. I just cant get over that in the mirror is the same girl staring back at her. I always think "is that me?" but in a good way.

As for pain theres just some tightness and those tiny nerve endings trying to regrow. They itch sometimes too. Its kinda funny but I cant grab my nipples 1) b/c they are so small and 2) b/c my boobs still need to settle some more. They will be "shiny and new" lol for another 2 months.

Day 22

As you can see my left one isnt going down as fast. Im lookin more normal by the day. :) They are getting softer too. My post op went well and he said I was doing great. I also have to specially massage them 4 times a day and do these door exercises to stretch my muscles. I can fully dress myself now. There is some discomfort like Im stretching a mucsle too much so I know to back off and stop straining too much. I have my energy back now too; which is fantastic. I can clean my house a bit better but I dont like the feeling when you bend over. Such as bending over to stop up the drain for a bath I get this pressuse funny feeling that kinda feels gross in my chest. The implant is so full there is no sloshing. I kinda like this size eventhough they are big still. The best thing about bigger boobs now is knowing that I can loose wieght and tone up without loosing my boobs. Knowing theyll always be there is a good feeling.

Day `11

Whoa what a tough week! This whole week sucked ass really. On Wednesday I coughed and sneezed a few times and was in serious pain for a few days. Then during the same time I ate some old food (b/c Im too tired to cook) and it made me sick from behind. TMI I know, sorry. :p

I went to my post op on Friday and they gave me The Band to push em down since they really didnt go down at all the 1st week. Its working slowly with the massaging I have to do. They said also that I dont have alot of skin under my nipples so its hard to put such a big implant in. If I would have gone any bigger I would have "loafed" together. Depsite that Im happy Im begining to look normal. I was sorta worried for a moment that they would never go down. The left one is still up there but I still have another 3 weeks away from work to look normal again.

Ive been chillen at home making an ugly ass dent in my couch. Once I get enough energy to get out and start walking alot to keep the pounds off. Cant go back to work all fat n stuff. Anyways, cant wait to start being normal n stuff soon!

PS: my friend was awesome to lend me his camera to take pics with. :)

Day 5

Not much of a change since yesterday.
I woke up in the middle of the night with pain from the swolleness. So I got my peas and sat on my couch and watched the morning news. OMG it felt like they were gonna burst outta my chest. I had small shooting pains which are normal but damn did they hurt. After my boobs went numb from the frozen peas I took a sleeping pill, anti biotic, anrica tabs, and a pain pill. I went and laid back down and was out in a flash.

I woke up at noon. My boobs still hurt so I called the doctors office and spoke with a nurse. She said the swelling should be subsiding faster. Since they havent called me back with any urgent message then I guess Im ok and will still see them Friday as scheduled.

Im going to take it easier again. I may feel good but inside its still healing. I guess I can really tell if the swelling has gone down by Wednesday or Thursday. I'm bored as hell sitting inside my house. A friend of mine brought me a ton of movies and his DVD player so I wont go crazy. I don't want to go outside much b/c someone will stare at my swollen boobs. They still hurt though but the pain keeps getting less and less. One boob is dropping faster than the other. I think I will call my doc tomorrow to ask him if I can massage now. Well, the left one is 410cc and the right one is 425cc. The left one was bigger to begin with anyways. Its slightly softer too. I go back for another appointment this Friday. Im still happy with them and the surgery feels like it was weeks ago. However, I still remember the pain. I cant wait to go for a walk and work off some of my fat. I feel very bloated and have been eating low sodium foods; although, it feels like its not working. I still cant cook or do things for long periods of time. I get tired alot still. I take many naps during the day to rest and drink lots of water.

Day 3

Before surgery they took me to the pre-op room and dressed me in a gown and made me take a preggo test. Of course its negative. Then they put the giant IV needle in me. She had to stick me twice b/c my right arm didn't take so well. It was weird feeling the cool solution go into my arm. Then like the anesthesiologist came in and spoke to me about what's going to happen. Then they escorted me to my room which was freezing by the way. At that time I saw someone getting lipo right next operating room next to mine. They they placed me on the table with arms out to my sides. Then he pumped me full of drugs then the mask came down and BAM I was out.

I woke up shaking and cold. They put a blanket over me. I felt like I had been in a deep sleep and couldn't wake up. Finally, I did and my chest felt sooooo tight. My boobies are still up to my collarbone except they don't hurt as bad.

Whoa the 1st few days sucked ass. I'm feeling soo much better today. I still feel really tight and a few bouts of nausea. Still cant eat alot of solid foods. Most of my food is jello, water, 7-up, and applesauce. I had some chicken and rice to at least help my meds go down.

I had my post op yesterday and the doctor said I was doing great. I wasn't bleeding or overly sore. They gave me Lunesta and said I could take an Ultram and a 1/2 to ease my pain. I'm taking one now again. Damn those made me dizzy.
